Ford Mears and Partners are independent Funeral Directors and Memorial Masons serving families across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, West Sussex and South West London. They already had a strong local reputation and hundreds of positive reviews, but their website was no longer reflecting the quality of their service. Search rankings had begun to stagnate, and there was no obvious progress, priorities or results. With Google constantly evolving and AI becoming a bigger factor in how people search, their digital presence needed to be brought properly up to date.
We worked closely with the Ford Mears team to modernise their website while respecting their established branding. The aim was to create a more effective digital platform that better showcased their professionalism, trust and local presence. The design was refreshed with cleaner layouts and improved usability, while keeping their existing identity intact.
